Dangerous Rhetoric 115: Daniela de Paulis

Daniela is an interdisciplinary artist who is the primary force behind A Sign From Space, a new project designed to simulate receiving a signal from outer space. Through her initial passion for dance, she's learned to coordinate and choreograph a new type of dance where artists, scientists, and laypeople from around the world work together to decypher an artificial 'alien' signal coming from a European satellite in orbit around Mars. We had a wonderful conversation about art, space, science, UFOs (UAPs), sci-fi, Philip K Dick, aliens, and how the inspiration that motivates artists and scientists is the same.
